Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition is an integral part of overall fitness and health. You can train your body like a professional athlete for years, but unless you're also feeding it the correct nutrients at the right time and in the right portions (for YOU), then you simply will not meet your goals.

Our nutrition consultation package includes (as needed):

  • 3 one-hour sessions with a certified Performance Nutritionist
  • An individualized nutrition plan with modifications
  • 3 Bodyfat analyses
  • Unlimited on-going consulting for a 3-month period
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Food-allergy expertise and recommendations
  • Sport-specific athlete nutrient plans

Russell Fitness Nutrition Seminars

Coaches clinic: $15 per coach
The focus of this one-hour nutrition seminar is to educate you on nutrition guidelines to help your athletes maximize their performance. Includes sample meal plans, important supplements and how to maximize recovery.

Athlete / parent clinic: $15 per person
This one- hour seminar will teach you what foods to eat, what foods to avoid and what supplements should be included in your nutrition plan in order to improve performance, recovery and body composition.
