Russell Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp and Indoor Body Blast>>>
If you’re looking to break the monotony of your training regimen, and hoping for a fun and challenging experience, then our boot camp program is right for you. This intense, four (4) week program focuses on:

  • Conditioning
  • Core Strength
  • Diet tips
  • Overall Muscular Strength
  • Building Confidence

 

Outdoor Boot Camp
Day & Time: Sat - 7:00am & 10:00 am

 

Indoor Body Blast
Day & Time:
Mon - 6:30 am
Tues - 6:00pm
Thurs - 6:00pm & 7:00pm
Sat - 8:00am

(Indoor Body Blast has a max of 6 participants per group)

4 week Packages:

1 class/week - $80.00 ($20/session)
2 classes/week - $144.00 ($18/session)
3 classes/week - $180.00 ($15/session)
