“Stay In the Game” In-Season Training

Maintain Your Strength – Stay Healthy – Perform at a High Level all season long.

This should be every athlete’s goal heading into the season.  This program is designed to do just that.

  • Strength training
  • Abdominal Strengthening
  • Specific Movements
  • Flexibility

Every Monday & Friday @ 5:00pm – 6:00pm >> 6th – 8th grade athletes
